No jargon, no runaround — here's what shippers and carriers actually ask us.
FOR SHIPPERS
Getting freight moved
Do I need to sign a contract to get a quote?
No. Quotes are free and come with no commitment or account setup required. Send us the lane, we send back a number — that's it.
How fast will I actually get a quote?
Same business day, usually within a few hours. If it's outside business hours, you'll hear back first thing when we're back online.
What information do you need to quote my load?
Pickup and delivery locations, equipment type, weight and dimensions (or skid count), and any accessorials — liftgate, appointment requirements, residential delivery, and so on. Our quote form walks through all of it.
Do you handle partial loads, or only full truckload?
Both. If your shipment doesn't need a full trailer, we price it based on space and weight rather than a full-truck rate.
Do you handle cross-border US freight?
Yes — we cover Canada-wide and US cross-border truckload lanes.
My freight ships to a retailer or grocery DC — do you understand routing guides and OTIF?
Yes — this is where we spend the most attention. Routing guide compliance, DC appointment scheduling, and OTIF timing are things we handle carefully, not an afterthought. See Solutions for more detail.
What if my freight doesn't fit dry van, flat deck, partial, or intermodal?
Reach out anyway. Those are where we go deepest, but we're happy to point you in the right direction even if it's outside our core lanes.
How is your pricing different from a big brokerage?
Rates are based on current market conditions, not padded to cover overhead you'll never benefit from. No markup games, no bait-and-switch after booking.
FOR CARRIERS
Hauling for Corvyx
What do I need to start hauling for Corvyx?
A current Certificate of Insurance (COI) and Workers' Compensation coverage (WSC) on file — that's the baseline. Apply through our carrier sign-up page and we'll take it from there.
Is there a cost to apply or join your carrier network?
No. Applying is free, and there's no fee to be part of our carrier list.
What equipment are you looking for?
Primarily dry van (full and partial), flat deck, and intermodal/container. If you run something else, apply anyway and let us know — we're always expanding our network.
Do you require a minimum safety rating or years in operation?
There's no hard cutoff — we personally review every carrier's insurance, safety record, and documentation rather than applying an automatic filter.
How and when do I get paid?
Payment terms are confirmed directly during onboarding, so you know exactly what to expect before you haul your first load for us.
How do I get more loads once I'm approved?
Stay in touch with your account contact about your regular lanes and equipment availability — the more we know about your preferred routes, the better we can match you to loads that fit.
Who do I talk to if something goes wrong mid-load?
The same person who booked you — not a ticket queue. Call or email your account contact directly.
